- Manage the insurance enquires from individual and corporate clients
- Assist in weekly & monthly report (operational & financial)
- Manage monthly Payment Application & Accrual
- Handle customer inquiries & claims
- Issuance of Quotation / Invoice
- Insurance certifications are required (CGI and BCP)
- Able to work within tight deadlines and handle immediate response to customers.
- Willingness to learn, take on added responsibilities for company and personal growth
- Good analytical skills, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills
- Good attitude, positive thinking towards change and good interpersonal skill
