Group HR Manager (MNC / SGX Listed) - West

The role:

 

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the incumbent will play a Business Partnering role in managing the full spectrum of HR activities which includes:

  • Recruitment and retention;
  • Employee Engagement & Talent Management;
  • Compensation and benefits;
  • Performance management;
  • Grievance procedures;
  • Planning staff welfare activities; and
  • Oversee the L&D team
  • Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the company’s business goals
  • Manage compensation and staff benefits programmes
  • Implement performance appraisal and performance management systems for all levels of staff in line with the company objectives
  • Manage recruitment and selection activities to meet the manpower requirements of all the departments
  • Oversee training and development activities
  • Oversee and submit all necessary statutory reports to the relevant authorities
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Plan and carry out company events to foster harmonious working environment
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover determinants and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures, implement key initiatives and undertake specific HR projects
  • A good Degree from recognized institutions with minimum 8 years relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all business units
  • Broad knowledge and experience in relevant employment laws and practices
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills with an eye for details
  • Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach, ability to work independently and in teams
  • Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with the ability to lead and develop the HR team
