Executive Search Consultant

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment and search activities including headhunting of talents to fulfil the staffing needs of clients.
  2. Business development via cold calling;
  3. Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients.
  4. Meeting individual sales targets
  5. An advisor to professionals in the market as well as partnering clients in talent management and sourcing. 

Requirements:

  1. Preferably someone with recruitment experience.
  2. Experience in sales, account management or advisory services is an advantage.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and influence.
  4. Sales driven.
  5. Confident individual with ability to think on your feet.
  6. Lots of resilience and a never-give-up attitude.
