- Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment and search activities including headhunting of talents to fulfil the staffing needs of clients.
- Business development via cold calling;
- Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients.
- Meeting individual sales targets
- An advisor to professionals in the market as well as partnering clients in talent management and sourcing.
- Preferably someone with recruitment experience.
- Experience in sales, account management or advisory services is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and influence.
- Sales driven.
- Confident individual with ability to think on your feet.
- Lots of resilience and a never-give-up attitude.
